I. Dispatch time

On each product page we display the estimated dispatch time. Example: Same day, 2 days or more.
Dispatch time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. Below you will find more information about the delivery process and how long after dispatch, you should expect delivery.

II. Delivery Cost and Services

In order to keep the final price down and to offer you the best value for your money, HANDMADE will choose which carrier will deliver your parcel, and some of our shipments may require a signature. This will not interfere with your preferred courier.
If you prefer we can deliver your parcel using a courier chosen by you during the Checkout process. Please note that this may affect the delivery costs.

We deliver most items within 2-4 working days from the moment they are dispatched. Some carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. We deliver within normal working hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm

For Irland, the customer's delivery time and charge is different. Please contact us before placing an order to receive a personalized invoice for your delivery.

1. Delivery Costs

The cost for delivery is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Our delivery prices are based on the weight and size of the items in your basket as follows:

2. Delivery Services

Our delivery Services are shaped to fit your needs.
We offer a range of delivery options, depending on the product you’re buying and your preferences.
Please refer to the information below to learn about the cost-saving and convenient options we have available for you.

2.1. Choosing a Delivery Option

You can choose your preferred delivery option during the Checkout process. Our three available delivery options are:

One-pack delivery

With One-pack delivery we make sure that you get the best delivery costs.
We will automatically calculate the total weight and size of the package and combine your items in one single package, if possible.
This allows us to offer you a series of advantages:
- increased protection by grouping all your ordered items in one package
- low delivery costs by optimizing the delivery service
- easy package tracking by tracking only 1 package instead of many

Separate delivery

We offer you the flexibility of choosing to receive your ordered items in separate packages. This allows us to offer a series of advantages:
- faster delivery time for items that are available within our UK warehouse
- low delivery costs by optimizing the delivery service

How it works: If your order is composed of 4 items, we will inform you about the ones who can be delivered faster and allow you to choose separate package for them. This way you receive a part of your order faster.


The Self-Collection service is a versatile tool if you prefer to pick the items yourself from our warehouse.
During the Checkout process you may choose this option as the preferred delivery option.
Once we’ve received your order we will let you know an estimated collection date. Also, as soon as your goods are ready to collect, we will contact you.

Opening times will appear in the Checkout process.

For your protection against fraud, we can't release your order without seeing your payment card.
We require a photo ID, which must be your passport or photo driving licence.
We're happy for someone else to come and collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present your order number and their photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

Please note: For safety reasons the courier will not accept parcels larger than 120 cm and heavier than 30 kg. If your order exceeds the limits, we will automatically divide your order in two or more separate parcels which will be charged separately depending on its size and weight.

3. Our Trusted Couriers

Currently, HANDMADE uses Evri as the main courier for package delivery. Additionally, for oversized parcels, we have established partnerships with esteemed shipping companies to cater to the diverse destinations we serve across the United Kingdom. Among these partners are renowned names such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Parcel2Go, InPost, and several others.

4. Location charge postcodes

Certain locations in the UK incur higher delivery costs due to factors such as the need for ferry transportation or their distance from courier depots. Consequently, a nominal location charge of £2.75 applies to a select number of postcodes when sending to or delivering from these areas. It's worth noting that no location charge is incurred when sending parcels within the same postcode area.

5. Delivery exceptions

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK.
For some geographical location the carrier availability can restrict our service or are more expensive to deliver to than others. It is also possible that we may not always be able to deliver certain products to the Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly.

There may be a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. If this would be the case we would appreciate your support on this matter; please allow extra time for the item to arrive.
We reserve the right to cancel or not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure. In this situation we'll notify you as soon as possible.
